The Greencycle Home aims to reduce the environmental impact of materials in the home by using materials that can be recycled, have recycled content, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and are healthy.

Some of the sustainable materials and features used in the home include; bamboo flooring, which is fully recyclable and the fastest growing timber in Australia; modwood for the decking which is made of recycled milk bottles and a 5000L rainwater tank connected to the laundry.
